• Please maintain the queue while purchasing tickets.
• Ticket is valid for same day .
• The ticket once sold will not be refundable.
• Please show the ticket when it is asked for.
• Ropeway Authority will not be responsible for the loss or damage of ticket. If so, then you have to purchase the new ticket.
• Eatables are not allowed inside the Cabin.
• Please do not litter in and outside the Cabin.
• De-boarding from Cabin is compulsory at the terminal point.
• Kindly follow the instructions of the operator and do not argue with them.
• Do not stand or change your seats while Cabin is in the motion.
• Smoking, chewing tobacco/gutkha is strictly prohibited in the ropeway premises.
• Guests must take care of their personal belongings. Ropeway authority will not be responsible for any loss or theft.
• Heart patients, vertigo and pregnant ladies should not travel by Ropeway, however they can enjoy it at their own risk.
• Please have patience for rescue operation if necessary.
• Please do not get panic, if the Cabin stops in between.
• Obtain serial no. in the waiting hall and be attentive for the announcement of your turn.
• Arms, ammunition and explosives are strictly not allowed inside the Cabin.
• No inflammable articles will be allowed to carry inside the Cabin.
• Pets are strictly not allowed in the Ropeway premises.
• For any help, contact at our helpline no’s displayed inside the Cabins.
• The ropeway authority is not responsible for inclement weather conditions affecting visibility.
• All rights reserved by the authority for suspending the operation at any time.
