Tara Devi Temple

Tara Devi temple is one of the most visited temples in Shimla. At about 7200 feet above sea level, this temple is around 11 km away from the main Shimla city. There is also a Shiv temple (Shiv Bavdi) nearby. According to some people, Tara (Goddess of stars) watches over everyone from the skies and showers her blessings.
